These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of https://mensslipper.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by X Enterprises, LLC, 18122 3rd Dr SE, Bothell, WA 98012 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site is, and what it is not

The Site publishes general information about choosing men's slippers. We are not a retailer, a brand, or a manufacturer. We do not sell slippers or any other product.

General information only

Content on the Site is for general information. It is not professional, safety, or medical advice. Prices, sizes, materials, features, and availability are set by retailers and makers, and they can change. Makers may change a product at any time, so a pair may not match an older description. Check the maker's information and the retailer's listing before you buy.

Slips and falls

Traction varies by outsole, floor surface, and wear, and any slipper can slip. Claims about grip, traction, or indoor and outdoor use come from the maker; we have not tested them. Take care on stairs and on wet or smooth floors, and replace slippers with worn soles. Children and older adults can be at greater risk of falls, so choose a secure fit and check the maker's guidance.

Health

Slippers are not medical devices. We do not claim that any slipper treats, prevents, or relieves any foot condition. If you have foot pain, diabetes, circulation problems, or another medical condition, ask a doctor or podiatrist before choosing footwear.

Materials and allergies

Material descriptions, such as leather, wool, shearling, or synthetic linings, come from the maker. If you are sensitive to wool, latex, dyes, or other materials, check the label and the maker's materials list before you buy.

Sizing and fit

Heat and fire

Keep slippers away from heaters, fireplaces, stoves, and open flames. Do not dry them on or near a heat source unless the maker says you can. We make no claim that any slipper resists fire or heat.

Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Except for small-claims matters and claims for injunctive relief over intellectual property, any dispute about these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration will be King County, Washington, unless you and we agree otherwise. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to take part in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must proceed in court and not in arbitration.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration section, exclusive venue for permitted court actions is the state or federal courts in King County, Washington, and you consent to jurisdiction there.

Assignment and change of operator

We may assign or transfer these Terms, and the Site, to a successor operator, including as part of a sale of the Site, without notice to you. After that, the successor operator takes our place under these Terms and may post its own terms. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
